What is AJW Performance Products Return Policy?

Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. No returns or exchanges on electronics or special order items. A special order item is any item that is not normally stocked. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any return. Your return must have our RA Number or it will be refused. There is a 35% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders. Your authorized return must include a copy of your invoice for proper credit.

AJW Performance is not responsible for misuse, installation errors, or any results from tampering with or modifying your vehicle. Installation and labor costs are not included with the purchase of our products, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for incorrect installation from a third party.

What is AJW Performance’s Engine Work Warranty?

Warranty on parts used for your engine build is according to the manufactures warranty for the parts being used. Any component that AJW Performance uses for your build is chosen by our prior experiences in the industry, so you are getting some of the best parts and components possible. Warranty for any parts used must be handled by the manufacture directly. AJW Performance can provide any needed data for you to supply the manufacture with; proof of purchase, purchase date, etc. This is the responsibility of the customer.

AJW Performance only uses authentic or approved aftermarket parts, and will refuse the use of any customer provided parts or used parts unless approved and inspected by both the customer and AJW Performance prior to installation.

We guarantee our builds and directly warranty your engine from any particular failure in relation to our service and labor. If an issue was to arise due to our service or labor it will be covered by AJW Performance for 1 year of purchase/ completion for a street build, and 1 month for a race build.

This does not cover or will be void if (but not limited to):

  • Failure due to lack of maintenance
  • Failure due to improper engine break in for new motors
  • Failure due to outsourced or private party tuning
  • Failure due to Abuse
  • Failure due to water damage
  • Failure due to fire
  • Failure due to using the incorrect or “bad” fuel
  • Failure of a component/ part, must be taken care of directly through the manufacturer
  • Failure due to modifying your vehicle further outside of our facility or acknowledgment
  • Failure due to an automotive accident on the street or track


All and any AJW Performance service/ labor warranty MUST be diagnosed AND repaired by AJW Performance, and will not be covered or issued if done elsewhere.

For an AJW Performance warranty to be valid customer must provide all service records that was done post build by any third party. Example; oil changes, tune ups, tuning, etc.

Any free estimate provided, formal invoice, sales receipt or quoting documentation is considered private information and is not to be shared with any third party individual publically.

Any used products sold by AJW Performance do not carry a warranty whatsoever. Any use of used products on our motor builds after they have left our facility constitute a voided warranty.

3rd Party Warranties and Warranty work

If a customer is using the 3rd party warranty or insurance company to have work performed here at our service facility for AJW Performance LLC or ISC Suspension North America we are able to diagnose and provide the proper estimate to complete the work, meet the appraiser or inspector if needed, and perform the work to make the repair. The repair work will not be performed until it authorized and payment for the work is received in full and cleared by the warranty/ insurance company and any deductible or difference the customer need to pay to make up the difference (if there is one).

We are not responsible for working the case, providing legal services, negotiating, debating or communicating with the outside warranty firm other than the complimentary duties listed above that we are willing to perform. We are in no way shape or form are a authorized legal representative for any conflict that could occur between the customer and their outsourced warranty or insurance company.

Our company policies are not to be overridden by the policies of any outside insurance or warranty firm. If there is a discrepancy between our company policies ad that of the customer’s outside party the customer is responsible for any differences that relate to finances or time.

If the customer would like us to manage the relationship with the warranty or insurance company outside of the complimentary services noted above (not including legal services or advice) we can do so, additional billable rates will apply.

I think my product is defective, what do I do next?

If you think you have received defective merchandise contact AJW Performance if it complies with the above description of being new and not installed within 7 days of arrival. If the product has been used or installed, check with the manufactures warranty policy and contact them for a claim as soon as possible. AJW Performance can provide the customer with any needed proof of purchase such as receipts or date of which the order was placed. AJW Performance is an authorized dealer and retailer of the items they sell, and is in no way responsible for a branded product, unless it is in fact made in house at AJW Performance. Check the manufacturer’s website for contact information in regards to warranty support.

Can I leave my old parts at AJW Performance? What happens if I do?

Yes you can! AJW Performance will throw away or recycle any left behind parts which you may no longer want/ leave behind after your installation (old sway bars, old downpipes, heat shields, struts, etc). We allow to hold your old items for up to 7 business days at our facility for you to come back and pick them up (unless otherwise stated). After the 7 business day complimentary holding period there will be storage fee’s on items or they will be thrown away/ recycled. Any OEM strut, exhaust piece, or sway bar will be thrown out. Items like wheels or tires will be held onto and billed for storage or claimed by the business, price depends on size and space available.

All property used or leftover that is left at our facility for more than 7 business days becomes property of AJW Performance or will be billed to the customer for storage fees. After 7 business days we have the right to discard or sell the products. If products are left behind but the customer wants to reclaim the products and are still at the shop after 7 business days there will be a storage fee charged of $30 per week.
